A Dallas classic that never went out of style since 1950

We opened our doors on North Beckley Avenue in 1950 with a simple idea: fresh donuts, fair prices and a warm hello. Dallas has changed a lot since then. We decided we wouldn’t. The fryer still starts before sunrise, and the shop still looks just the way you remember it. Many of you grew up coming here, and some still drive across town every weekend for our cinnamon rolls and apple fritters. As Dallas grew, so did our kitchen, with breakfast tacos, kolaches, burritos and quesadillas made at the same counter. Thank you for making us part of your mornings.

Every day at 5:00 am. Monday through Friday we close at 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday at 3:00 pm. The donuts are fried fresh before we open.

Yes. Half dozen, classic dozen and fancy dozen, and you pick the mix when you add it to your order. Kolaches also come by the half dozen or the dozen.

Yes. Breakfast burritos and croissants all morning, plus tacos, tortas, quesadillas, huaraches, sopes, tamales, menudo and taco plates with rice and beans.
